Abseiling

Our abseiling trips run all year round. All you need to do is dress for the weather and bring running shoes, a litre of water and a camera. We provide everything else required, including our famous gourmet lunch on all full-day trips. A free breakfast is included if you’re staying at the YHA.

Spectacular Half-Day Abseiling

The Basics:

Grade: Moderate
Timing: 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Group Size: Maximum of 14 people

About:

Our spectacular half day abseiling tour is simply the best action packed half day adventure you can have in the Blue Mountains.
We start with a smallish 5 metre abseil. If you have abseiled before this abseil gets you back in the swing of things. If you have never abseiled before it teaches you the technique of abseiling.
Your instructors are close at hand to encourage and explain the techniques.
From here we head straight on to 15 metre abseils which you can do a couple of times.
Then with your instructor explaining each step, you progress through to our 30 metre adrenaline pumping overhanging abseil.
The setting is the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park, making it both a scenic and exciting adventure!

Abseiling And Rock Climbing Combo

The Basics:

Grade: Moderate
Timing: 8:25 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Group Size: Maximum of 10 people
Price: 200 USD

About:

We start the day with a smallish 5 metre abseil. If you have abseiled before this abseil gets you back in the swing of things. If you have never abseiled before it teaches you the technique of abseiling
From here we head straight on to 15 metre abseils which you can do a couple of times.
Then with your instructors explaining each step, you progress through to our 30 metre adrenaline pumping overhanging abseil.
After our famous lunch we start the afternoon with a lesson on rock climbing techniques before completing several single-pitch climbs.
This trip has been designed as an introduction into the vertical world of rock.

Free parking is available on-site. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and the safety briefing.
