- Participant Requirements:**
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the trip.
- Participants must be physically fit and capable of hiking in challenging terrains and climate conditions.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before the trip, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with hiking and outdoor activities.
- The hiking trip's itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify the schedule accordingly.
- The trip duration and specific activities may vary depending on the selected package and weather conditions.
- Participants are required to follow the instructions of the trip leaders and guides at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
- Participants must wear appropriate hiking gear and equipment as advised by our guides.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited during the hiking trip.
- Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in the hiking trip.
- We reserve the right to deny participation to any individual who, in the opinion of our guides, is deemed unfit for the hike due to health or safety reasons.
- All participants are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- 15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, or civil unrest, we reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
- We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred by participants during the hiking trip.
- Participants will sign a waiver and release of liability on the day of the trip.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment throughout the trip.
- By proceeding with the booking and participating in the hiking trip, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions set forth by us.
