Things to Know Before Your Tour:
Cancellation Policy
- Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 21 years old.
- Identification: A valid driver’s license or passport is required.
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of 800 Canadian dollars is required for all rentals.
- Duration: Guided experiences include a half-hour training session before riding.
- What to Wear: Dress for the water; swimwear, sunscreen, and water shoes are recommended.
- What to Bring: Bring a towel, water, and any personal items you may need.
- Weather Policy: Tours may be rescheduled in case of severe weather for safety.
- Safety Gear: Life jackets and safety equipment will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if notified 5 days before the scheduled activity.
- 50 percent charge on the total price if notified 24 hours to 4 days in advance.
- Charged in full if notified less than 24 hours in advance.
- Full refund if cancelled due to weather.
