If the visitor cancels the tour at least 7 calendar days in advance, there will a full 100% refund of the booking fee.
If the visitor cancels the tour between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the booking fee.
If the visitor cancels the tour within 2 calendar days in advance , or does not appear at the commencement of the tour, there is NO refund of the booking fee.

Sitting together and having a party in a convivial atmosphere outdoors - enjoy our garden! The garden of the outdoor centre has a capacity of maximum 250 seats. Apart from our chill out area with cosy wickerwork furniture, there are several deckchairs available. Enjoy a tasty meal or dream of your next adventure tour over a drink.
