The Beginner Course is suitable for river SUP novices or stand-up paddlers looking to deepen their knowledge and skills. This easy SUP tour on the Salzach is well-suited for first-time experiences. Starting from Golling, the tour takes you past numerous sandbanks to Kuchl. Shortly before the exit, you'll encounter the Kuchler Schwall with its high waves, which can easily be paddled around.
The Advanced Course is designed for those who already have river SUP experience and are seeking a challenge or wish to deepen their know-how. This course offers a more demanding route with additional rapids and obstacles to navigate.

Located around 25km south of Salzburg on the hotel grounds Torrenerhof in Golling an der Salzach (approx. 20 minutes by car south of Salzburg city). You can reach us both by car and by public transport. The Golling-Abtenau train station and the center of Golling are around 2 km away.
