ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:

Enjoy this special special experience to navigate flowing water and white water on your SUP. With our courses you will learn to paddle safely on flowing waters and you can experience the special charm of this water sport up close. We offer you an action-packed SUP adventure on the rapids of the Salzach river.

Beginners Course:

This course is suitable for river SUP beginners or for all stand up paddlers who want to deepen their knowledge and skills. An easy SUP tour on the Salzach that is well suited for first time experiences. From Golling, the tour takes us past numerous sandbanks to Kuchl. Shortly before the exit we pass the Kuchler Schwall with its high waves, which can easily be paddled around.

Advanced Course:

This course is suitable for anyone who already has River SUP experience and is looking for a challenge or wants to deepen their know-how.

THINGS TO KNOW:

What to wear:

Bring with you: swimwear, towel, trainers that can get wet

Duration:

3-4 hours from arrival

Food/Water:

Make sure to pack your own food and water for the day.

Cancellation Policy:

If the visitor cancels the tour at least 7 calendar days in advance, there will a full 100% refund of the booking fee.
If the visitor cancels the tour between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the booking fee.
If the visitor cancels the tour within 2 calendar days in advance , or does not appear at the commencement of the tour, there is NO refund of the booking fee.

Directions to the meetup location:

Located around 25km south of Salzburg on the hotel grounds Torrenerhof in Golling an der Salzach (approx. 20 minutes by car south of Salzburg city). You can reach us both by car and by public transport. The Golling-Abtenau train station and the center of Golling are around 2 km away.
