ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
- Join us for an unforgettable kayaking adventure in Hong Kong's UNESCO Global Geopark, nestled within the pristine Sai Kung Country Park. This full-day excursion is designed for outdoor enthusiasts eager to explore the region's unique geological formations and natural beauty from a water-based perspective.
- Our journey begins with a rendezvous at Hang Hau MTR Station, Exit B2, at 9:00 a.m. From there, we'll transport you to our launch point within the country park. After a comprehensive safety briefing and paddling instruction provided by our experienced guides, you'll be equipped with a single or double sit-on-top kayak, paddle, and buoyancy aid.
- As we set off into the calm, clear waters, you'll have the opportunity to paddle through dramatic sea arches and explore hidden sea caves, sculpted over millennia by natural forces. The Geopark is renowned for its unspoiled landscapes, and our route is carefully planned to showcase the most striking volcanic rock formations and secluded beaches.
- Throughout the approximately five hours on the water, we'll make several stops to rest, swim, and enjoy the serene environment. Please bring your own food and water, as we'll pause for a picnic lunch on one of the uninhabited islands, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings.
- This adventure is rated as moderate in difficulty, making it suitable for individuals with a reasonable level of fitness. Our guides are adept at tailoring the experience to accommodate varying skill levels and ensuring a safe, enjoyable outing for all participants.
- As the day concludes, we'll paddle back to our starting point and arrange transportation back to Hang Hau MTR Station, aiming to return by late afternoon. This tour offers a unique blend of adventure, education, and natural beauty, providing a memorable experience that highlights the hidden gems of Hong Kong's coastal geology.

What to wear:
- Dress according to the weather and wear typical kayaking clothes.
- 8 Hours (5 hours on water)
- Make sure to pack your own food and water for the day.
- If the visitor cancels the tour at least 7 calendar days in advance, there will a full 100% refund of the booking fee.
- If the visitor cancels the tour between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the booking fee.
- If the visitor cancels the tour within 2 calendar days in advance , or does not appear at the commencement of the tour, there is NO refund of the booking fee.
- We will meet at the subway station called "Hang Hau ". Meet at exit B2 at 9:00 a.m. A map is shown below.
