ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:
- Join us for an unforgettable stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) adventure in the serene waters of Sai Kung Country Park. This 5-hour excursion is designed for both beginners and seasoned paddlers seeking to explore Hong Kong's natural beauty from a unique vantage point.
- Our journey begins with a meetup at Hang Hau MTR Station, Exit B2, at 9:00 a.m. From there, we'll transport you to our launch site within Sai Kung Country Park. Upon arrival, our experienced guides will provide a comprehensive safety briefing and basic SUP instruction, ensuring you're comfortable and confident before we set off.
- As we paddle through the calm, clear waters, you'll have the opportunity to explore uninhabited islands and untouched beaches, all set against a backdrop of lush greenery and stunning coastal vistas. Depending on weather conditions and the group's abilities, we can adjust our route to explore different areas, making each tour a unique experience.
- Throughout the 2–4 hours on the water, we'll make several stops to rest, swim, and enjoy the pristine surroundings. Please bring your own food and water, as we'll pause for a picnic on one of the secluded beaches, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil environment.
- This adventure is rated as moderate in difficulty, making it suitable for individuals with a reasonable level of fitness. Our guides are skilled at tailoring the experience to accommodate varying skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable outing for all participants.
- As the day concludes, we'll paddle back to our starting point and arrange transportation back to Hang Hau MTR Station, aiming to return by mid-afternoon. This tour offers a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty, providing a memorable experience that showcases the hidden gems of Hong Kong's coastal landscapes.
THINGS TO KNOW:
What to wear:
- Dress according to the weather and wear typical SUP clothes.
- 5 hours long
- 2-4 hours on water. Ample time to enjoy the many beaches and incredible vistas on show
- Make sure to pack your own food and water for the day.
- If the visitor cancels the tour at least 7 calendar days in advance, there will a full 100% refund of the booking fee.
- If the visitor cancels the tour between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, there will be a 50% refund of the booking fee.
- If the visitor cancels the tour within 2 calendar days in advance , or does not appear at the commencement of the tour, there is NO refund of the booking fee.
- We will meet at the subway station called "Hang Hau ". Meet at exit B2 at 9:00 a.m. A map is shown below.
