Your experience begins with a safety briefing and harnessing session conducted by professional guides at the meeting point in Cape Town City Centre. Once prepared, you'll be transported to Paarl Rock, where the real excitement begins.
- At the summit, take a moment to absorb the panoramic views of the Paarl Valley and its stunning surroundings. Then, step off the edge for a controlled 15-minute descent into the vertical space, surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. No prior abseiling experience is necessary, as skilled guides will support you every step of the way.
- After the exhilarating descent, enjoy a pleasant hike through indigenous forest trails back to the starting point, offering opportunities to appreciate the local flora and fauna. This adventure is perfect for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts alike, providing a unique perspective of Cape Town's diverse landscapes.

What to wear:
- Wear typical hiking clothes. Be sure to wear closed-toe-shoes and bring a jacket, as it can get cool at the top of the mountain.

- Cancellation within 48 hours of the confirmed activity date, a 25% administration fee will apply.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the confirmed activity date, a 50% administration fee will apply
- Full refund if cancelled due to weather.
