Activity Description:
Introduction:
- 1 of the TOP 10 Cape Town Outdoor Experiences. Let Cape Town Bucket List take you on a once in a lifetime Cape Town adventure to snorkel with the ocean’s friendliest creatures, the Cape Fur seal. Snorkeling is a great way to observe our beautiful underwater life without all the extensive training and complicated equipment required for scuba diving. We will provide the wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins as well as a short training session to make sure you are comfortable with the mask and snorkel.
- Not keen to get in the water but would like to come and watch your friends and family snorkel? You’re more than welcome to join on the boat at an additional R400 per person.
- All the gear, hot drinks and cookies on the boat
- No more than 10 passengers on the boat
- Don’t worry. There’s never been a shark spotted.
- Water temp varies from 10C to 15C
- Please be aware of possible delays or cancellations if the weather is not appropriate on the day of.
- Lifejackets provided
- Bring your swimwear
- Must sign waiver
- Guest should be able to swim
- In the event of no sightings, you will be eligible for a voucher to reschedule.

- Sunscreen, hat, swim wear and towel
- Varies a lot depending on the weather and where the seals are. We usually recommend putting aside an afternoon for the activity.

- Full refund if notified 5 days before the scheduled activity.
- 50 percent charge on the total price if notified 24 hours to 4 days in advance.
- Charged in full if notified less than 24 hours in advance.
- Full refund if cancelled due to weather.
